One of the most important services that we provide is training. Our clients are trained on how to use the software using training materials, manuals and literature, which are timely revised and updated.

 

Our training programs are customizable keeping in mind the kind of audience being addressed.
Every trainer is trained on how to conduct a class and thereby implement the best practices in training from time to time. This is to acquaint them with the new technologies and the features in the program. They are trained in technology also, so that they can address technical queries at least to an extent when they impart training.

 

As a part of continuous improvement, we make it a point to take a feedback from the customer about the training and the materials provided. This is done right after the train session is complete. This helps in the betterment of our training methodologies and that of the trainer.

 

Our trainers are available anytime, even after the training is completed over telephone, email or even chat and other means of customer support.

 

We regularly update our training materials.


As a part of being environment conscious, we always advise our clients / customers never to printout a document unless it is absolutely required.  Hence, our training materials are present in soft copy for the client / customer to use.
